Position Summary :

This role is a Assistant Manager position in AXA BS. The role entails accountability for the delivery of candidates to meet the recruiting demand based on the Recruiting Plan.

The person will be required to forge strong relations with Senior Leadership.

The primary responsibilities and competencies are :

Understand recruiting demand and skills profiles within area of responsibility. Responsible medium-sized recruiting or large recruiting pipeline. Meeting recruiting targets and providing regular status reports . Screen applications and select candidates at senior levels.

Conduct interviews Plan and implement recruiting events and sourcing activities

Provide external marketplace information to Recruiting Leadership Update and utilize recruiting databases and tools

Participate in projects and or initiatives within or outside the teams.

Strong understanding of the company's business objectives and organizational structure

Good understanding of pipeline management and yield analysis

Competencies :

Should have a strong experience in Talent Acquisition practices

Metrics-driven. Able to translate strategy into measurable operational goals and objectives. Disciplined in assessing performance and addressing problems.

Strong expertise in recruiting skills and stakeholder management

Qualification required :

Any Degree/Master Degree (Preferred HR)

4+ years with significant functional and Leadership experience in leading highly skilled teams, demonstrated ability of running functions independently, process migration and managing a diverse set of stakeholders in AXA BS is essential.

Soft skills required :

- Team management and Coaching Skills.

- Good communication and strong interpersonal skills.

- Highly organized, structured & proactive.

- Good inter-cultural skills & Exposure to global work environment.

- Good time management skills - meet tight timelines and manage ad hoc deliverables, if any.

- In line with AXA Culture.
