AXA Business Services - Actuarial Manager - Non-Life Pricing Team

THE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES ARE

- Interacting with clients on regular basis, understanding their requirements and transforming them into a solution framework.

- Work and deliver on the shareholder reporting /model development.

- Work on different non-life insurance engagements as per client's requirements.

- Independently analyze project requirements to own and deliver pilot projects / initiatives with very high quality to establish support credibility with AXA Group entities.

- Become a trusted partner for AXA Group entities - engage for capability showcase including visiting entities for opportunity assessment, discussions and piloting solutions.

- Resolving client queries effectively and troubleshoot data issues immediately.

- Understanding business problems and translate the business information into dynamic and effective reports or dashboards to generate meaningful business insights.

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- 6-10 years of work experience in Insurance/Banking/Retail domain.

- Should be in a position to provide technical guidance to the team and be able to resolve any issues that arise so that deliverables are met.

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED

- Graduate/Post Graduate in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration.

- Student Member of Actuarial Society (IAI/IFoA/CAS/SOA) with four to six exams (not mandatory).

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED

- Excellent understanding of Actuarial & Statistical techniques.

- Good Knowledge of Actuarial tools (EMBLEM/RADAR) and data mining tools like SAS/R/Python.

- Knowledge of non-life insurance products good to have.

- Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills.

- Ability to work on multiple projects at a time.

- Ability to work on an international environment.

SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED

- Good communication and strong interpersonal skills.

- Excellent presentation skills.

- Strong team player and influencing team/ stakeholders positively.

- Capable of handling pressure situations and tight work deadlines.

Shift Timing: 09:30 Hrs. to 18:30 Hrs.
