Own the Recruitment Life Cycle from Sourcing to Selection and manage a team of 2 recruiters to deliver the result. 2. Devising strategy to hire candidates for sales roles based on requirements given by clients. 3. Define and execute a streamlined process for bulk recruitment of candidates from various platforms including campus hire. 4. Delight the client with proactive communication and meet their expectations with quality &amp; timely delivery. 5. Create and execute strategy for effective social media hiring. 6. Manage salary negotiations with candidates and release the offer. 7. Create and execute an effective onboarding and orientation process. 8. Coordinate with the finance team to manage the payroll for employees. 9. Deliver on business &amp; team targets and meet overall quality parameters. Required Skills And Experience 1. Should have minimum experience of 3 - 4 years in non tech recruitment. 2. Experience of managing a team of recruiters is desirable. 3. Experience in bulk hiring ( Sales and Marketing) preferred. 4. Guide &amp; motivate the team to deliver outstanding results. 5. Good communication and problem solving skills. 6. Ability to do multitasking independently. 7. Relevant educational qualification.
