Position Summary:
As Senior Manager - Enhanced Due Diligence Operations, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing a dynamic team of analysts while overseeing the entire cycle of delivering high-quality reports to our esteemed international clients.
Your responsibilities will span from understanding client requirements to ensuring timely and accurate delivery, all while maintaining a motivated and efficient team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Global Collaboration:
Liaise with Global teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration across teams in the UK and US
Team Management and Motivation:
- Led a large team of analysts, fostering a collaborative and motivating work environment Implement strategies to improve team quality, productivity, and overall performance Developed and maintained a positive team culture that aligns with company values
- Managing International Clients (CRO, CCO, etc):
- Oversee the complete cycle of end-to-end client management, from comprehending client requirements to delivering final reports
Delivery Management:
- Manage the team's efficiency and ensure timely delivery of reports, meeting client expectations and company standards Ensure consistency in processes and methodologies, promoting a unified approach to global operations
Quality Assurance:
- Manage the review and audit processes of sample reports to uphold the highest standards of quality - Implement measures to address any identified issues promptly, ensuring continuous improvement
Training and Development:
- Identify training gaps within the team and devise comprehensive training plans
- Facilitate ongoing professional development initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team
Process Enhancement:
- Collaborate with the management team to identify opportunities for enhancing processes, products, and services. Provide valuable insights and recommendations to improve overall operational efficiency
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience of 10-15 years in a senior management role within the due diligence or related industry
- Proficient in corporate investigations, forensics, risk management, and expertise in the realm of third-party risk management
- Sound knowledge of EDD, KYC, and OSINT tools and hands-on working experience on World Check, BVD Orbis, Factiva, Lexis, and other due diligence tools
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing and motivating large teams
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset for process improvement
