Job Description: Manager- Strategic Alliance Job Overview Manager - Vendor Management will closely work with Operations team for workforce requirements & device a strategy to develop our vendor base & actively engage with them to fulfill the requirements for multiple projects in Awign. Duties And Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate with operation teams to identify the workforce requirements for ongoing part-time internships / jobs. 2. Develop a strategy of reaching out to and network with vendors and other businesses around the country in order to fulfil the workforce requirements for multiple projects. 3. Ensure proper B2B engagement of these institutions/vendors in order to maintain and foster a long term relationship with them. 4. Engagement with Supply Partners includes discussing, sharing and finally signing Master service agreements , Pushing the requirement to them, Ensuring they have all necessary resources from Awign's end in order to act on the given requirement, and manage their pay-out cycle. 5. Strategizing and executing affairs and on ground events for Supply Partners. 6. Manage a team of 4-6 members, provide them with proper solutions and resources in order to ensure best outcomes. 7. Work towards automation of processes and bring in better ways of execution. Required Skills And Experience 1. Overall experience - 3-5 yrs (Managerial Experience required) 2. Experience in vendor onboarding and management 3. Experience of working at a startup is preferred. 4. Must be aggressive towards driving the targets. 5. Must have impeccable verbal and written communication skills 6. Must have excellent relationship management skills. 7. Critical business thinking is essential 8. Proficiency in Excel and Google sheet is a plus point.
