Job Description :
Role : Manager - Operations
Experience : 10 - 12 years

What Will You Be Doing :
- Reviewing contracts to prevent potential disputes and financial risks Liaising with Management to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals.
- Responsible for overseeing that processes related to employee lifecycle management run smoothly.
- Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations
- Standardization and management of various operations such as Revenue management, Invoice Management etc.
- Liaising with clients for their queries related to invoicing
- Help coordinate day-to-day operations as well as manage the broader needs of Management.
Required Skills :
- Good Knowledge of laws and contracts
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant/team handling experience
- Proficient in advance excel and reporting
- Demonstrate strong reading comprehension and writing skills.
- Self-starter, able to manage tasks and projects independently. Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
