About the role: About the Client: Our client is among the leading well-diversified financial services company in India offering end-to-end lending and wealth management solutions to a diversified range of customers across the country. Location: Remote Duration: 6 months Notice Period: Immediate Joiner Job Purpose: Lead-Integration will play the primary role in analyzing &amp; conceptualizing the customer and product proposition for the Digital partnership and translating that understanding into an end-to-end seamless tech-integrated journey. Working in close association with key stakeholders like Data science &amp; Tech, this person would be ultimately responsible for integration, implementation, testing and finally going live with the journey, thereby completing partnership onboarding. Post going live, this person is expected to service this journey as well, by identifying &amp; solving for issues at all stages of the disbursal funnel, thereby ensuring optimized performance for the partnership &amp; direct business impact. Job Context: The digital lending business has gone through its own cycle and has been grappling with issues/challenges associated with it. Digital business growth over time has been phenomenal in the external world. We need to be in the business and have to turn this around. We are currently dealing with Marque names (partners) such as Amazon, Paytm, OLA, Bajaj etc. Hence, we need people who are experienced, matured and presentable to the senior teams of such partners and have the ability to identify and leverage / grow the revenue streams with each of these partners, with zeal and self-motivated attitude to target new partnerships as well. Following are the key expected competencies or learnings required on the go: - A min of 3-6 years of work experience in Digital lending/fintech/sales job - Strong communications and presentation skills - Strong problem-solving skills and self-motivated - Strong understanding of digital lending workflows across all products - Strong understanding of the marketplace, fintech models and analytics and how data can be utilized to create new programs - Strong understanding of risk-sharing frameworks in partnership models - Experience in B2C / DTM integration, tech, business solutions, partner relationship management &amp; alliances preferred Quantitative metrics: 1. Time taken for a new partnership to go live from inception 2. Errors identified in the journey immediately post going live 3. No of partnerships that went live in FY 4. Funnel efficiency improvement of live journey 5. No of issues cropping up in live journey &amp; time &amp; approach taken to resolve them 6. No of journey upgradations done in FY Qualitative responsibilities: 1. Review and approve all integration requirements, journey design and ensure timely error-free go live 2. Drive continuous monitoring of systems of existing integrated systems to ensure proactive addressal of issues 3. Lead in the creation of solutions particularly focusing on digital lending in a partnership framework - continuously engage with Partner Tech &amp; Ops teams 4. To create process documents, lead execution of operational processes and liaise with multiple internal departments to get the partner products live 5. To act as a program manager and get all stakeholders on board and aligned towards the common objective 6. To understand funnel analytics for various partnership products and improve funnel approval rates for better profitability 7. Regular tracking of progress on the agreed key metrics towards delivering on the strategy 8. Track developments in respective markets and provide feedback to the management team.
