Job Description:

Job Title: Data Analyst

Job Duration: 6 Months Contract to Hire

Job Location: Delhi

Required Experience: Minimum 3 Years

Notice Period: Immediate Joiner Only

What will you be doing:

1. Analyze forecasted volume and staffing coverage to ensure service delivery targets are met.

2. Provide real-time monitoring on report delivery and if due dates are going to be breached.

3. Assist Management in getting reports to ensure consistent fulfillment of workflow requirements, including deadlines.

4. Help coordinate day-to-day operations as well as manage the broader needs of Management.

5. Involved in creating internal and external reports for senior leadership.

6. Normalize and scrub large datasets.

7. Vendor management

8. Operate within the agreed Standard Operating Procedures

Required Skills:

1. Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience

2. Proficient in advance excel and reporting

3. Self-starter, able to manage tasks and projects independently.

4. Should be friendly and empathetic with strong co-ordination skills

5. Good verbal and written communication skills

6. Excellent multitasking and organisational skills

7. Ability to work under pressure
