ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Awign is a heavily funded start-up with 100+ employees founded by 3 IIT Alumni. We use a unique tech platform to do project execution for clients like Swiggy, Zomato, OYO rooms, policy bazar etc using on-demand workforce. We are the first company in India to develop a Uber model for work.

We are creating India's largest network of on-demand workforce. Our platform helps enterprises execute high skill functions of operations and business development at a large scale simultaneously in multiple geographies PAN India. At the same time, we provide opportunities to learn and earn to underemployed population in a way that they get the freedom to define their own boundaries around what they want to do and when they want to do.

We are currently operational in more than 200 cities in India and have touched over 200,000 careers in a short span of 18 months. We are funded by VCs based out of India & the US.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Looking for a result driven and aggressive individual for working closely with the Director.

Responsibilities will include:

1) Running deep analysis on data of various verticals and all facets of business.

2) Developing scripts in javascript to automate processes of daily operations, thereby increasing the efficiency of the team.

3) Solving complex problems of operations by developing structured and scalable models in spreadsheets.

4) Developing insights on process inefficiencies in operations of the company and also devising scalable methods of solving the same.

5) Taking care of the entire budgeting cycle & presenting variance analysis to the management. This will also involve financial analysis & review of MIS.

6) Keeping track of daily MIS of the company, devising insights and presenting the same to the senior management.

7) Managing high value vendors which engage directly with the directors.

8) Helping the director in engaging the investors and also the senior leadership of the company.

9) Keeping track and note of all discussions involving the director.

IDEAL QUALITIES:

1) Overall experience of 1-4 years with experience. Experience of working with a startup is a plus.

2) Experience of writing code and solving complex data problems is a must.

3) Result driven, analytical bent of time is essential.

4) Ability to put a structure to chaos is essential.

4) Great IQ, logic, common sense and unending drive to get results is what we are looking for.
