Responsibilities: - Ability to produce well-thought out, well researched and humanized content regarding Business Operations & Tech domains (English: India & Select Global Markets) - Create and own Quarterly Content Calendar including planning, pipeline and validation. - Create original, engaging content and own a conversational style of writing that speaks to the enterprise readers across different stages of the funnel. - Create short-form copy assets for marketing campaigns (B2B Cold Email Sequences, Cross/Up Sell Email Sequences, Social Media Content, Infographics. - Conceptualize and create long form content pieces including White Papers, Product/Solution Docs etc. - Conduct trend & keyword research analysis and use SEO/CRO best practices to increase distribution & conversion metrics - Track & Benchmark Content from Competition Players & Segments - Collaborate and work closely with Demand leaders, Research Analysts, Content Marketers, PR Teams and Strategic Business Planners to develop creative concepts and assets that engage & convert users. - Be a strategic advisor to Demand leaders, Research Analysts, Content Marketers and strategic marketing planners in helping to position business services, define key messages, and differentiate Awign Offerings. - Be an expert in Awign's content marketing strategy, brand guidelines, style guides, and content typology. - Rigorously proofread and edit every piece of work to deliver the highest-quality deliverables. - Understands Distribution dynamics, Attention Metrics, & Strategic Ad placing assets to reach maximum impressions and conversions of the post content. - Innovate continuously to create new/optimize existing channels, technology, approaches, or assets for campaigns. - Ensure deliverables have zero/minimum errors and are consistent with the Awign guidelines - Repurpose created/existing content as per the requirements of the different distribution channels. - Manage vendor KPIs and relationships to enable a robust content strategy and frameworks.
