Roles and Responsibilities: - Demonstrable curiosity about processes and be detail-oriented - Be a problem identifier: Tease out common threads from seemingly disparate process gaps - Be a problem solver: Dive deep into multiple alternate solutions, and identify the most elegant, scalable solution to the problem. - Work with leadership and contribute to business process architecture, goal/quota setting, and strategic planning. - Managing stakeholder communication across multiple lines of business on operational milestones, process changes, and escalations - First principle thinker with a data-driven approach & hands-on operations experience with a cross-functional team - Work with data to extract insights and improve business processes - Develop and implement regular reporting of key performance metrics, including forecasting, funnel metrics, and pipeline management - A Self-starter with a strong bias for action and driving outcomes who is comfortable with ambiguity with little structure and guidance Qualifications: - 3+ years of relevant work experience - Undergraduate or master's degree from Tier 1 colleges (IITs/NITs/BITS etc.) - A demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment - Ability to manage multiple projects parallelly - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams - Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytics skills - Work experience with actual data for various insights and business analysis - Hands-on experience with Project Management tools like ClickUp, Jira, Zoho etc, will be a plus - Proficiency in database technologies and tools (SQL/R/SAS/JMP etc.) and experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, etc - Passion: Actively seeks responsibility and takes pride in delivering the highest quality results and recommendations - Analytic Excellence: Demonstrates a strong aptitude for structured problem-solving and quantitative skills - Teamwork: Willingness to work within small and large teams to produce outstanding deliverables with a will-to-win attitude - Integrity: Commitment to Awign's values of honesty and integrity with a willingness to embrace and learn from our mistakes - Diverse Perspective: Brings a unique skillset or approach to the table - Humble, kind, empathetic, and open to feedback
