Senior Manager /AGM - Finance
- Chartered Accountant with functional experience in entire gamut of Finance, Accounts Taxation function.
- Monitor financial health of the company with respect to budget, forecasting, working capital management.
- Present regular fiscal reports including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statement to the board.
- Help Awfis to achieve their strategic goals (i.e. Financial Due Diligence, Valuation & Business Modelling, Financial Planning & Analysis).
- Analyze financial and operational results of targets company through reviewing accounting records.
- Prepare and evaluate pro forma financial information to assess trends and fluctuations that may impact cash flow requirements
- Conduct financial due diligence, MIS, Reporting
- Assist in preparing reports and schedules.
