Manager / Sr Manager- Finance Financial Reporting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Audits & Due diligence: 1. Lead statutory audit with timely closure 2. Review of key balance sheet schedules 7. Generated the insights and action items for the operations and business team through MIS. 8. Coordinate and negotiate renewals of assets and liability insurance policies for the Company (Capex, D&O, PI, CGL, WC) to mitigate any form of risk across the year. 9. Manage monthly fund reconciliation report to provide insights into funds movement. 1. Design financial models for new upcoming business centers to give management insight into the cost and revenue drivers. 2. Ensure execution of proper signed agreements for each professional services the Company availed. 3. Draft and finalize loan agreements for multiple debt arrangements. 4. Coordinate between banks and legal team to ensure timely delivery of bank guarantees as and when required. 5. Restructure the vendor master including identification of MSME vendors and effective tracking of outstanding amounts. 6. Follow and comply with Ind AS standards. Education: CA is Mandatory
