Manager/Senior Manager - Community Programs/Events

Key Responsibility Areas :

- Developing strategic relationships with industry associations, business incubators and other networks

- Organizing mentorship sessions, workshops, networking events at Awfis centres

- Connecting with startup mentors, successful entrepreneurs, industry leader and creating opportunities of connecting them with Awfis community

- Ensuring participation of Awfis at relevant conferences, seminars, exhibitions as sponsor, delegates, speaker etc

- Identifying channels and ways to connect with startup and SME community

- Introducing innovative programs to engage Awfis community

- Management of logistics for events organized by Awfis

Qualifications :

- Strong Networking Skills

- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills required

- Candidates with 2 to 5 years of experience in Startup/SME associations/ From TiE, Indian Angle Network etc
