Responsibilities -
- Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Build and expand new markets across various segments
- Negotiate and close deals with formal quotes and proposals
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Align goals for the team and ensure sustained business growth
Requirements
- Work experience of more than 10 years as a business development manager or a relevant role with an IPC in facility management, handling corporate, IT/ITES, Developer clients
- Proven Business Development track record and experience in after sales customer support
- Bachelor or Masters in business administration, sales or relevant field with up to date knowledge of the market.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Strong Communication and negotiation skills with an ability to build rapport
