The corporate strategy team reports directly to the CEO and acts as an intermediary between departments (operations, finance, marketing, HR, and Tech) and the CEO's office. Key responsibilities will include - - Be part of a team that works closely with the CEO and leadership team to develop future growth strategies and futureproof strategic plans - Understand the drivers of financial, marketing and operational performance and forecast its impact on the business - Work on financial and strategical analysis like revenue projections, cost analysis, market benchmarking, pricing etc. - Maintain and work on month-on-month business reports needed by the company - Develop financial models and performs evaluation of the projects - Prepare decks, briefs/summaries, and materials for investor and industry meets - Analyze company-wide data and craft insights for improving cost efficiency and customer experience - Design, manage, and improve dashboards used by senior management, external partners and investors - Work with CXOs to ensure coherence between verticals and smooth execution of planned strategies - Collect data and deliver periodic reports to be used by operations, marketing, and finance teams - Manage a library of data sources and analyses supporting strategic issue resolution and decision making - Support various special project assignments - Collate and maintain data as per emerging business needs Basic Qualifications - Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from a tier 1 college. Major in Economics, Engineering, Business, Statistics or Mathematics preferred - Preferred Qualifications: A Master's degree in business, finance, economics, or other related degree - Work experience of 1+ years preferably in a strategy/consulting firm or internal strategy groups of related companies Required Qualifications Highly motivated individuals of who - Advanced MS Excel skills - ability to handle and structure analysis independently - Good working knowledge of MS PowerPoint and MS Word, experience with creating presentations - Is comfortable with numerical and quantitative calculations and analysis - Entrepreneurial skills having good business initiative with experience of finance-related valuation and Corporate Development strategies, Mergers and Acquisitions and/or strategic planning - Enjoy problem solving, can think on their feet, and are able to develop creative solutions - Is eager to work and contribute in a team-based environment - Excellent analytical and research capabilities - comfort and proficiency in handling large data analysis and secondary market research - Excellent attention to details, high output accuracy and out-of-box thinking to bring in innovative approaches to problems/issues in data processing - Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills - Have a strong work ethic and can complete deliverables with short deadlines - Time management - must be able to manage workload efficiently and push out deliverables before deadlines - Rigor - must be diligent to ensure work is thorough and completely error-free - We are looking for well-rounded people who are willing to commit wholeheartedly to our cause for the next couple of years and grow alongside the company.
