Awfis - Assistant Manager/Analyst - Corporate Strategy (2-5 yrs)

- Be part of a team that works closely with the CEO and leadership team to develop future growth strategies and future proof strategic plans

- Understand the drivers of financial, marketing and operational performance and forecast its impact on the business

- Work on financial and strategical analysis like revenue projections, cost analysis, market bench-marking, pricing etc.

- Maintain and work on month-on-month business reports needed by the company

- Develop financial models and performs evaluation of the projects

- Prepare decks, briefs/summaries, and materials for investor and industry meets

- Analyze company-wide data and craft insights for improving cost efficiency and customer experience

- Design, manage, and improve dashboards used by senior management, external partners and investors

- Work with CXOs to ensure coherence between verticals and smooth execution of planned strategies

- Collect data and deliver periodic reports to be used by operations, marketing, and finance teams

- Manage a library of data sources and analyses supporting strategic issue resolution and decision making

- Support various special project assignments

- Collate and maintain data as per emerging business needs

Basic Qualifications :

- Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from a tier 1 college. Major in Economics, Engineering, Business, Statistics or Mathematics preferred

- Work experience of 2+ years preferably in a strategy/consulting firm or internal strategy groups of related companies

- Advanced MS Excel skills - ability to handle and structure analysis independently

- Good working knowledge of MS PowerPoint and MS Word, experience with creating presentations

- Is comfortable with numerical and quantitative calculations and analysis

- Entrepreneurial skills having good business initiative with experience of finance-related valuation and Corporate Development strategies, Mergers and Acquisitions and/or strategic planning

- Enjoy problem-solving, can think on their feet, and are able to develop creative solutions

- Is eager to work and contribute in a team-based environment

- Excellent analytical and research capabilities - comfort and proficiency in handling large data analysis and secondary market research

- Excellent attention to details, high output accuracy and out-of-box thinking to bring in innovative approaches to problems/issues in the data processing

- Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills

- Have a strong work ethic and can complete deliverables with short deadlines

- Time management - must be able to manage workload efficiently and push out deliverables before deadlines

- Rigor - must be diligent to ensure work is thorough and completely error-free
