Desired Candidate Profile : - Graduate/Post Graduate (Full Time Regular Course from recognized institute), CA or CFA - 5-6 years of experience preferably in Auto-components industry with exposure to the shared service structure Responsible for supporting the business unit with financial budgeting, forecasting, profit analysis, review and MIS process. Provide accurate and timely information, analysis and support to the SBU head and department heads for decision making and ensure financial due diligence and fiduciary responsibilities are never compromised Accountabilities : Key Performance Indicators : Consolidated SBU budgets: - Implement the financial policy as set by the corporate finance team. Further, implement changes in accounting policies and guidelines too. - Manage all internal and external financial audit programs in the business unit - Adherence to financial policy - Completion of the budget process in time - % improvement in audit scores Product profitability and costing : - Conduct activities around book keeping and ensure compliance. - Provide cost and profitability related data when bidding for a new project - Regularly analyze input costs and their impact. - Review product profitability - Highlight deviations &amp; Profitability key products/segments Vs Proposed - Timely and accurate closure of book of accounts, Accuracy of new product costing figures Keep control on the balance sheet and P&amp;L for the business unit : - Understand the revenue and cost levers for the business including capital expenditure - Keep a control and suggest measures to the SBU - Work with department heads and finance team at both corporate and location Data Analysis and MIS : - Prepare consolidated trends and forecasts for review and decision by the location finance head and CFO - business plans: budget vs actual, action plan etc. - Prepare monthly/quarterly operational &amp; financial analysis by location
