Reporting to VP Human Resources
Purpose:
Driving Human Resource agenda by partnering with business in providing solutions for production and productivity enhancement. Roles would include talent acquisition, managerial capability building and work environment management.
- Talent Acquisition
- Supply chain management of the recruitment engine
- Building alternate sourcing approaches including debottlenecking of the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partners
- Building managerial capabilities for selection including driving the CBI (competency based interviewing) approach to selection
- Managerial Capability Building
- Influencing managers in the development of IDP process and managerial coaching processes
- Driving employee engagement actions in the zone - emanating from On-boarding, engagement and Gallup surveys
- Driving cost and efficiency advantages by building effective organization structure
Technologies:
- Experience of managing recruitment supply chain
- Understanding of Assessment Techniques (CBI, Assessment Centres etc)
Profile Requirements:
- MBA in Human Resources with 8+ years of experience
- Experience in competency based assessments and engagement approaches
- Influencing abilities
- Business Acumen
- Facilitation Skills
