AVP - Workforce Management & Analytics - HR Domain - Financial Services

Our client is a well-known global financial services firm based in Jaipur.

Job Responsibilities :

- Closely managing HR databases and systems to design and build workforce-related reporting, analytics and forecasting

- Utilize database (SQL) and analytical tools (R, Python, Excel etc.) to develop and analyse enterprise-wide people as well as other cross-functional data as needed.

- Serve as the domain expert for human capital analytics and understand changes attuning it to changes in the environment and business. Also, actively respond by taking appropriate measures to promote analytics agenda in HR

Preferred Candidate :

- Experience in an analytics environment (including MI and reporting), within HR

- Ability to communicate complex statistical concepts and output to non-experts effectively in both written and verbal

- Proficient in developing, owning and optimizing Statistical Models, Forecasting Plan & HR reports to drive meaningful business results
