- Sound knowledge of Insurance and Investment product

- Should have experience in banking/ financial industry- in liabilities/wealth management

-Team Management-Manage a team of wealth Managers who interact with clients

-Responsible for delivering revenue and business plan for the team

- Good Communication skills

- Should be Aggressive and business oriented
