AVP / VP Wealth Manager (Fund Raising & Business Development)

Job Description : Business Development - Fund Raising - NEW DELHI & MUMBAI

Responsibilities :

- Fund Raising, Marketing & Distribution of Alternative Investment Funds ( AIF- s)

- Specialist in making a pitch book for all strategies, asset classes, sectors, categories & different types of funds.

- Create and implement a robust fundraising strategy for long-term, institutional funding, and build partnerships.

- Develop a strategy to retain institutional donors to ensure long-term commitment of key stakeholders

- Manage relationships by ensuring there is ongoing quality communications with key stakeholders

- Financial Advisory & Management (financial planning, wealth management, trends, forecasts, percentage allocation to different asset classes & higher return opportunity vs. downside risk analysis)

- B2C Coverage (QIB's, Institutions, Family Offices, LP's, Pension Funds, HNI's, UHNI's, Corporate, Trust etc).

- Marketing & Sales Management

- Distribution Coverage, Spread, Reach & Negotiations (B2B)

- Investor Relationship/Servicing/Communications

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree / MBA in Marketing /Finance

- 5 - 10 years experience in Wealth Management role;

- Familiarity with Monitoring of Real Estate Investments;

- Handling Ultra HNI and Institutional Investors - Private Banking role;

- Ability to multi-task and work in a very high pressured, fast-paced and team-oriented environment;

- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving ability;
