Job Responsibilities :
- Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
- Design effective training programs and implement training for the team
- Provide necessary training, coaching, and mentoring to team
- To conduct products / process/Soft skill trainings for new joiners & existing team
- To monitor training effectiveness through team's performance on key parameters
- To conduct weekly trainings for partners & assess effectiveness
- Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
- Identify areas for improving individual and team performance
- Promote team building by actively participating in team development
- Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos etc.
- Maintain records related to training attendance & other parameters
- Manage training budgets
Job Specifications :
- Proven experience as corporate trainer in terms of designing & delivering product/procress & soft skill trainings
- Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools for making the training impactful
- Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching. Proficient in MS Office (esp. Powerpoint); e-learning software is an asset
- Phenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills
- Should be open for travelling pan India
