1 Stakeholder Relationship Management
- Identify the business needs (Retail Assets, FI, HR, Legal, Agri, fraud risk, operation risk, Audit) and interact with them on a regular basis to understand business plans, identify possible solutions required keeping future scope in mind;
- Collaborate with business to roll out Technology solutions.
- Monitor work done by team members for Agri business solutions;
- Identify if additional support required by business for areas of improvement and take actions accordingly;
- Provide regular updates on the projects for these businesses to all the stakeholders;
- Provide market insights; identify innovative products and solutions
- In order to oversee all the projects are in line with the business requirements and to maintain good relations with relevant stakeholders for seamless execution of projects.
2 Program / Projects Management
Project Management:
- Identify the list of projects to be undertaken to implement a particular solution;
- Identify and evaluate vendor for businesses handled directly, basis the requirement gathered;
- Negotiating on the cost and time-lines for the project; Identifying the methodology of the project;
- Identify risk involved and recommend risk mitigants;
- Create a team who will work on the projects basis the experience;
- Provide regular updates on the project;
- Monitor the project timelines;
- Provide timely escalations to supervisors if required.
Program Management:
- Identify the list of projects to be completed in order to implement a particular solution;
- Identify the project managers basis the past relevant experience;
- Define timelines for the program & projects;
- Identify risk and plan to mitigate the same;
- Make sure that the projects are rolled out as per the plan, and meet quality level of deliverables;
- In order to monitor and complete projects at hand seamlessly and in a cost effective manner.
3 Business Requirement Analysis
BAU Projects:
- Monitor the scope of the requirement and review of final requirement created by the team
- Give inputs keeping future scope of the project to the team leaders
- Interact with user group to finalise the requirement and sign off along with the team leaders
Critical Projects:
- Discuss, identify solutions, design process flows and get the requirement documented
- Escalate in case scoping of the project changes; Get the requirement signed-off by business; prepare Performance Matrix
- In order to plan projects at hand, guide the team for business requirements and provide regular support to the business.
4 People Management
- Conducts monthly review meeting with the team to understand and address people and process concerns;
- Counsel and guide team members to improve performance;
- Motivate them to handle stress;
- Identify training needs;
- Mentor team members whenever required;
- Act as escalation point to handle stressful situations on behalf of team;
- Plan manpower requirement and budgets basis the requirement for the unit to handle the workload and seamless execution of projects.
- Do team appraisals and plan career growth for performers.
- In order to have engaged workforce for seamless execution of projects.
5 Vendor Management
- Partner with a vendor; identifying criticality of the vendor; interact for deliveries and timelines; negotiate for cost, deliveries and timelines; identifying vendor needs if any from the Bank;
- Re-negotiate and finalise the vendor for critical projects along with the supervisor if required.
- In order to execute projects as per Business Requirement while leveraging on the expertise vendor brings in for respective businesses.
C. Qualifications and Experience Requirement

Essential Post Graduation preferably a technology Background
Experience
Essential 15-20 Years in a techno-functional role in diverse banking domains with atleast 8-10 years in Managerial role
