Organization Design:
- Lead and facilitate the organizational design process to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with leadership to assess and optimize organizational structures based on grades and skills, Manager Span, Comp matrix, Career path framework, for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Design and execute talent development programs, succession planning, and career path initiatives.
- Provide guidance on performance improvement plans, feedback mechanisms, and development plans.
- Conduct regular market surveys to ensure the competitiveness of the organization's compensation and benefits structure.
- Ensure policies are consistently applied and provide guidance on interpretation to employees and managers.
- Proven experience in organizational design, talent management, and performance management.
- In-depth knowledge of rewards and recognition strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
