AVP/VP - Talent Acquisition - IT/ITES

Looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Professional for Delhi NCR for our Client - a large US Multinational IT/ ITES Company in Gurgaon.

The company is looking at ramping up their operations hence augmenting headcount in Delhi NCR location.

Designation AVP or VP depending on years of experience and body of work

Mandatory skills:

- Ability to drive Talent Acquisition Initiatives.

- Should have good exposure in IT ITES domain.

- Should be able to manage a 10-12 member team.

- Must have led a team and have handled volume lateral hirings at all levels including leadership (VP & above) levels.
