AVP/VP/SVP - Operations/Transitions - F&A Domain - BPO

Overall Purpose of Job :

- Understand clients business needs, convert them into analytics solutions and deliver analytics output to clients

- Developing insights and delivering client business impact in terms of revenue increase, operation cost reduction, working capital reduction etc.

- Work with clients in implementing the insights to drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities/Authorities :

- Define/ conceptualize analytics for Finance analytics Offering

- Follow project plans to execute analytics projects

- Interact with both internal and external clients and understand their requirement

- Manage communications, specific to their processes, for multiple levels of management, including executive level communications

- Discuss results/ideas with Accenture and its clients

- Identify opportunities to link analytics with industry insights and client business impact

- Conduct deep-dives into underlying assumptions and quantitative details of all analyses and make recommendations based on developed insight.

Education : CA / CPA or MBA from top 15 Institutes only.

- Experience of a minimum of 8 years of post-qualification relevant work experience.

- Proven experience in managing teams on multiple projects.

- Deep understanding of Procure to Pay, Order to cash and/or Record to report processes.

- Business intelligence and a deep understanding of customers business outcomes and drivers so that they can be transformed into application and operational requirements

- Advanced reporting / report planning skills to put a monitoring and reporting framework in place and execute it on a periodic basis for all stakeholders

- Understanding of use of statistical techniques to solve for business problems is a plus

- SAS, R, or Tableau skills a plus.

- Collaboration Skills to work across multiple stakeholders; business leaders, delivery leads, account management and operational excellence teams and promote effective cross-team working

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts

- Strong Business understanding

- Prior experience of working in a Finance & Accounting role.

- Prior experience of working on Descriptive Predictive and Prescriptive Analytics projects.

- Ability to engage in Business discussions
