Profile : AVP/VP/SVP - Social Management Job descriptions : Events Management & Networking :- - Monitor the Social Event Calendar (Global & Domestic) for the MD & CEO - To represent the Bank at corporate and social events and ensure correct/strategic visibility for the brand - Network with clients and other stakeholders during events - Network & engage with Think Tanks/NGOs/Curators - Maintaining excellent relations with corporate and government External stakeholders. - Track all upcoming events which would be of relevance to BANK and MD & CEO from a brand visibility perspective. Attend corporate and social events and ensure correct/strategic visibility. - Managing events and logistical arrangements, providing support on other Department-wide issues (Marketing & Government Banking) such as resource mobilization activities and providing administrative support as required and advised by the MD & CEO. - Proactive and reactive media relations to obtain and shape media coverage for the MD & CEO. Dovetail media campaigns with overall business strategy Planning, coordination and execution of news conferences, investor meets and other media events. - Handling Special Strategic Projects ensuring high brand visibility. Administrative Assistance :- - Coordination with the Marketing Communication & Government Banking team for various events/communications & internal activities. - Plan/manage engagements and ensure observance of appropriate protocol of leaders and eminent personalities - Maintaining excellent relations with key External stakeholders and Business associates/partner organisations.
