AVP/VP/SVP - Financial Planning & Analysis - BFSI

Role Responsibilities:

- Manage Core Planning & Analysis teams: These teams are responsible for supporting the Regional Heads in their Planning & Analysis requirements.

- Assisting in analysis and preparing of materials for regional CEOs for their monthly regional Business Review across all businesses with the CEO

- Assisting in coordination and production of materials for Quarterly EMEA the CFO Flash Call with the CFO

- Preparing papers for monthly review with US Fed

- Sourcing of market data and macro-economic statistics from Bloomberg / other data providers to be used in monthly business reviews and ad-hoc projects

- Devising meaningful and standardized reporting across all businesses in EMEA

- Working with the wider team supervisor in a number of ad-hoc projects & presentations

- Preparation and analysis of Key Management Review Decks for individual Regions and Head Office the regions

- Adhoc analytical support to regional Planning Heads

- P&L, Headcount and Balance Sheet analysis

- Drive standardization and sharing of best practices across Regions and Products

- Reengineer processes to improve productivity, improve controls and quality of key reports.

- Proactively work with onshore CFO teams to improve levels of engagement and improve the profile of the Mumbai team

- Lead Global FP&A Transformation Projects

- Supporting EMEA country level senior management with monthly financial processes as well ad-hoc projects focused on country specific strategies

- Preparation of RCB performance scorecards

- Preparation of Country review decks covering all products

- Performance Measurement and Related Analytics

- Balance Sheet Management and related Performance Metrics

- Expense and Headcount Analytics

- Weekly Estimate Process

- Month End Reporting activities

- Support product control and Financial control with key Management reporting
