AVP/VP - Statistics & Decision Sciences - BFSI - ISI

Our client is a large MNC Financial Services firm with significant growth plans for the India region. They are embarking on the next stage of the development of their Captive Centre in Delhi NCR. As part of their growth, they are looking to hire Statisticians at AVP and VP level as part of their decision sciences team supporting global geographies. They are looking for a highly talented and innovative professionals to grow and lead their team based in Delhi NCR.

Job Description

As part of Decision Sciences team, you would be working on modeling and research to develop innovative solutions as per global regulatory guidelines (Basel, CCAR, ICAAP etc.). You would also develop statistical techniques to evaluate performance of existing and new models for risk analytics, marketing analytics, sales analytics and digital analytics etc. You would be working closely with global business stakeholders to develop cutting edge solutions and help organization stay ahead of the competition offerings.

The Successful Applicant

You should hold a Bachelors or Masters Degree in Statistics from ISI or have a PhD in Economics, Mathematics or Statistics.

You should have between 5 to 12 Years of relevant experience working in analytics with a financial institution or consulting firm.

Strong exposure to Analytics tools and frameworks like SAS, SQL etc. with a proven track record of engaging senior leadership in a multicultural performance driven environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
