Job Responsibilities:

- Create and execute sales strategy to achieve aggressive targets in a highly competitive environment

- Play key role in identifying and recruiting senior members in the team

- Manage, Support and Train the team, develop key positions and have complete handle on team operations and performance

- Handle large team of 20-50 SMs, GMs and sales executives

- Take ownership of HNI/key customer accounts and build rapport with the customers

- Plan and strategize marketing activities with senior management

- Work as a professional interface between customer/team and multiple departments within company

- Create monthly/quarterly sales targets, plan marketing budgets and set incentive targets for the team

- Flair for selling and have pleasant communication skills over phone and in-person

- A self starter and quick thinker

- Manage Client Portfolio and ability to meet customer expectations at all times

- Requires Extensive travelling with-in Delhi/NCR

- Reporting in to Managing Director
