- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.

- Sales Growth: Drive sales expansion by exploring new markets (Locally & Internationally), expanding the customer base, and identifying potential business opportunities. Should be able to handle sales volume of 250 - 350 crores INR annually (to begin with).

- Driving Overseas Sales Market: Increase footprints in Country Cluster which includes - Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bhutan & Maldives

- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities. Provide insights for informed decision-making.

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team (60-70 employees), fostering a high-performance culture. Ensure effective collaboration and communication within the team.

- Customer Relations: Identify, develop and maintain relationships with primary Customers into Power, OEM's, Automative, Process & Railway Industry. Identify sales opportunities, potential key customers, and channel partners.

- Brand Promotion: Oversee marketing activities to enhance the visibility and reputation of the company. Develop and execute marketing campaigns in line with brand objectives.

- Proven Sales experience of 20+ years in Industrial Sales (preferably from Electrical / Electronic product sales; of which at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role with PAN India responsibility.

- Should have experience of Sales Management utilizing SAP Sales Cloud or similar ERP.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with an ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.

- Superb leadership ability.

- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.

- Proven ability to position products against competitors.

- Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions.

- Ability to travel extensively.

- Well versed with computers with knowledge of SAP, CRM, and MS Office.
