Role: AVP / VP Sales
Total Exp: 14-20 yrs
Location – Bangalore
Job Specifications:
1. Experience range should be 14-20 years out of which last 5-8 years should be in the area of selling eLearning solutions/products.
2. Should be able to communicate with senior most leadership in the client system with full confidence and poise.
3. Build strong relationship with the clients
4. Ability to cross sell by leveraging existing relationship in the HGS ecosystem as well get new logos.
5. Self driven and pro-active
6. Strong business and commercial acumen.
7. Excellent presentation and persuasion skills
8. Proactively track and monitor latest trends and developments in the Learning industry.
