Role & responsibilities
- Gain market share in financial services and drive logo retention
- Revenue expansion in existing customer accounts
- Increase usage of LeadSquared in customer accounts
- Increase gross margins from the assigned customer accounts
- Find new revenue opportunities in financial services for LeadSquared offerings
- To drive the above independently for large accounts and work with team of Key Account Managers to drive it along with them
Requirements:
- In-depth process knowledge of one or more customer acquisition processes in BFSI
- Building C level relationship and mapping key points of contact in customer organization
- Ability to present proposal, ideas and point of view clearly to CXO audience
- Attention to detail in day to day work
- Ability to get work done faster internally, someone who is going to create email chain after email chains won't fit the role
- Ability to delegate and monitor performance of direct reports
- Ability to work other business teams to deliver on customer outcomes.
