We have few very urgent positions in one of BEST LIFE INSURANCE organizations across the following location
LOCATION - Bangalore
OFFERED CTC - negotiable ; depending upon current CTC.
POSITION - AVP / VP Sales - Bancassurance
REPORTEEs : 250 approx.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
To achieve the organizational goal for the assigned region in terms of revenue, cost, profitability and to maintain appropriate relationship with the representatives of channel partner in that geography.
Business Delivery
- Achieve the assigned target in terms of revenue
- Manage the expenses within the allowed limits and achieve profitability.
- Drive all sales initiatives so as to meet its objective
Business Development
- Effective micro implementation of overall business strategies to suit the local channel dynamics
- Maintain appropriate sales structures and resources as per channel partner agreement
- Ensure adherence by the teams to the sales management process.
- Conduct reviewchancs and feedback sessions with the teams for continuous development.
- Study competitor activities formulate strategies to achieve market share.
Channel Partner Management
- Interact regularly with the channels partners at agreed levels to have a committed and a partnership based relationship.
- Communicating and agreeing appropriate expectations with the channel partners at the local level.
- Enable smooth information flow on agreed business parameters.
- Drive to ensure optimum utilization of real estate of the channel partner.
People Management
- Appropriate team management with low attrition. Develop down line to enable them for higher roles
- Identify individuals with potential high performance levels to support career progression and Facilitate team building
- Identify quality manpower and do timely recruitment
- Maintain and develop skills and knowledge through appropriate training
Risk Management
- Adhere to statutory and regulatory norms.
- Ensure strict internal compliance to all organizational procedures and systems.
- Ensure procedures in place to maintain compliant sales.
- Ensure acceptable Turn-Around -Times (TAT) for all grievance and customer related issues.
INDUSTRY PREFERENCE - INSURANCE ( Bancassurance ), BFSI ( into third party distribution ).
Graduate / postgraduate.
Important : Should have handled a team of approx 100 most preffered since he will be handling approx 250 approx.
Preferably, should have handled a zone / multiple zones in bancassurance . In case the candidate has handles some channel partners nationally, that would be an advantage.
PSU bank handling exposure will be preferred.
