Risk & FRM Analytics & Reporting

Title - AVP/VP

Reporting to the HEAD

Job Responsibilities

- Managing day to day of migrated work from different regions

- Understanding of all the Risk & FRM functions

- Creation of process documents

- Maintaining updated issue logs, KPIs, all metrics, BCM document

- Supporting head of Prime in strategic inputs related to people, process, technology and efficiency projects

- Be part of meeting with regional leads on risk & FRM functions

- Keeping up to date with events and changes in Risk & FRM related to IT, business, regulations

- Interaction with clients as needed – maintaining highest level client focus

- Motivating and developing teams for high accuracy in all functions

- Training teams regularly on business/ market updates

- Identifying training needs and working with HR to implement training as planned

- Planning for and managing career of the Risk & FRM analytics team

- Seek regular feedback on the performance of the team from regional stakeholders

- Maintain culture of consistent improvement in efficiency – cost, quality, timeliness

- Work closely with technology, operations and traders for projects related to Risk & FRM

Skill Set/ Experience required

- Team Management experience of at least 4 years with at least 3 people in the team

- Good understanding of Risk, Margining and FRM Business within Prime Services division

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Lead by example

- Change leadership

- Thought leadership for risk, Margining and FRM

- Experience of matrix reporting

- Experience of working in cross border reporting and stakeholders
