Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementation of the organisational frameworks and governance structures for the Compliance Risk Assessment (“CRA”) and Issue Management functions, and developing and motivating high-calibre employees to achieve their individual and team potential within these frameworks and structures.
- Assist Risk Assessment Leads with execution of the Compliance Risk Assessment (“CRA”) process from preparation throughout execution and quality assurance
Assist in the implementation of a globally consistent process and strategic technology solution for issue tracking and case management to:
- Consistently capture an issue throughout its lifecycle,
- Identify, escalate, timely remediate and close issues,
- Support continual enhancements of the processes and supporting technology within this critical area to ensure that the delivery of these programmes are done effectively, efficiently and in line with the changing nature of financial markets, the firm’s businesses and the direction of the Head of the function.
Skills:
- 6 - 7 relevant experience in Compliance, Risk Assessment and Issue Management.
