SECTION I: ROLE SUMMARY :
The role holder is responsible for managing the sales of Trade Finance and Supply Chain across the spectrum of Bank's clients in a select location / region and meeting the agreed revenue targets (Fee & NII), limits utilization level for trade products and associated through-puts and acquisition of new clients with a focus to grow the Trade revenues
SECTION II: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITY :
Core Responsibilities:
- Ensuring revenue maximization through the steady flow of Trade and Supply Chain products and services.
- Meeting agreed targets with respect to new client acquisitions and structuring new deals
- Ensuring client servicing is appropriate and utilization levels are consistently maintained at a high level.
- Formulating and implementing processes for specific Trade and supply chain products wherever applicable.
- Galvanizing internal & external stakeholders and draw their support to achieve the given objectives.
- Undertaking training of the relationship teams wherever necessary to promote Trade and Supply Chain products
- Providing necessary MIS / Management update.
People Management or Self-Management Responsibilities:
- Defines performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the reporting manager and ensures that the goals are monitored and achieved during the course of the year.
- Undertake training of the relationship teams wherever necessary to promote Trade And Supply Chain products
Risk and Internal Control Responsibilities:
- Follows risk policy and processes to mitigate the operational, regulatory, financial, informational, and reputational and audit risks as instructed by the departmental manager.
- Executes the established internal control systems and compiles relevant information for departmental audits, as necessary.
