AVP/VP - Relationship Manager

Job Responsibilities:

- Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients of Bank, understanding their needs and helping them with their requirements in line with products offered by the Bank. Work closely with credit analyst in managing relationship and servicing the client.

- Coordinating with other departments within the bank, including Transaction Banking, Treasury etc., to ensure that services are delivered as promised.

- Prospecting new clients for the bank and on-boarding them.

- Providing information about various products offered by Bank and helping clients choose appropriate products that fit their needs.

- Working closely with the credit analyst team to ensure smooth execution and delivery to the clients. This includes completing all pre and post sanction formalities. This also includes documentation for onshore facilities.

- Working closely with risk management department, compliance and other internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to internal and external, regulatory guidelines, policies etc.

- Reviewing financial statements, public filings, newspaper articles and other reports to monitor customer accounts for signs of unusual activity.

- Ensure internal systems, reporting etc is fully updated and in line with bank policies.

- Ensure RBI and other regulatory compliance including KYC, OFAC etc are fully complied with.

- Any other assignment given by Department Head from time to time
