Our client is one of the leading private sector Life Insurance Company. It is listed on National stock exchange (NSE) and Bombay stock exchange (BSE).

Designation - AVP/VP
Desired role and responsibilities :
- Role involves working on the overall distribution strategy, product proposition, purchase journeys, tech platform enablement , customers service and marketing campaigns for life insurance solutions through digital platform.
- Experience of 10+ years in retail distribution business preferably in Key Account management roles
- Delivering business targets through Banks & other partners through online platforms
- Proven skills in influencing , collaboration & team management
- Ensure collaboration, knowledge sharing, and best practices between partners and internal teams to help embed a robust digital ecosystem
- Work with teams across businesses to generate innovative digital solutions for products, services, processes, customer experiences, marketing channels and business models
- Good understanding of core business processes of Banks & Life insurance will be an advantage
- Demonstrated proven ability to lead, mentor and develop high-performance teams
- Good execution skills to be able to deliver the overall digital partner strategy
- Ability to work with Business Intelligence Units to define right metrics, use data analytics and conduct qualitative research to understand customer demand, purchase behavior and overall experience to design future strategies
- Problem solving skills , strategy planning and process orientation
- Ability to work in ambiguous environment and comfortable in business analytics
- Understanding of APIs/web services (Good to have and not a must have)
- Good communication skills : writing, presentation and public speaking skills
