AVP/VP - Regulatory Reporting - Global Bank

A leading global bank in Mumbai is looking for an AVP/ VP for regulatory reporting to revamp policies and procedures, manage data aggregation, prepare and review of Fed/ EBA/ PRA/ FCA reports.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Preparation of daily, monthly, and quarterly summary reports for key regulators, exchanges and other stakeholders (internal/external).

- Conduct analysis of regulatory requirements and interpret new rules and guidance by regulatory bodies including FINRA, SEC, CFTC, CME and CBOT among others.

- Review and control data for regulatory reports (including liquidity/capital) before submission to the regulators

- Oversight and final review of the daily/ weekly regulatory liquidity/capital metrics e.g. LCR/ NSFR/ CAR, etc.

- Develop business and functional requirements and obtain sign-off by all respective parties

- Manage projects related to regulatory change, internal change and efficiency/ automation/improvement

- Manage training/ BCP

Requirements:

- 8- 14 years of relevant work experience in the financial services industry (Financial and Product Control, Treasury or Funding).

- Strong leadership skills.

- Understanding of financial products (FI, FX, Commodities, Equities).

- Understanding of US GAAP & IFRS accounting standards.

- Understanding of regulatory framework and practices.
