We have one very urgent position in one of BEST LIFE INSURANCE organizations across the following location

BASE LOCATION - Ahmedabad

Span of Control (APPROX AVERAGE FIGURES ): 25 to 35 branches (depends on outcome of discussion during interview ). ; approx 350 onroll manpower with a HUGE AGENCY BASE.

OFFERED CTC - negotiable + incentives ; depending upon current CTC.

POSITION - Regional Head - Agency ( AVP /VP )

REPORTING - ZM

INDICATIVE JOB PROFILE :-

Key Deliverables

- Overseeing the operation, accountable for the revenue targets & overall profitability of the region.

- Recruiting & developing the Agency as per ORGANISATIONs vision of specific standards, which is the KEY to agency success.

- Managing OPEX cost of sales ratio and profitability of the region.

- Assured people development, driving productivity and building future leadership pipeline.

- Facilitating & driving cross functional effectiveness and synergy across operations, training services and quality excellence.

- Overseeing the recruitment and development of sales people front line to branch head through designated resources.

INDUSTRY PREFERENCE -

1. LIFE INSURANCE in similar roles. Candidates who have grown within the system will always be preferred with stability in cv . Job hoppers will not be considered.

2. BFSI (Banking / NBFC) candidates with large branch handling + team handling profiles can also apply .

a) Should be a localite .

b) Should have worked in location OR Nearby Locations.

c) Should have experience of handling Multiple branches with a large agency size.
