Role: AVP/ VP - Reference Data Management

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Data Maintenance team.

- Conduct in-depth analysis of Client / Entity Data to derive impactful insights. Synthesizing complex data scenarios and conveying these findings and their business implications to senior management.

- Undertake comprehensive data analysis to pinpoint underlying causes, identify trends, and propose solutions based on data.

- Facilitate project support, generate timely Excel reports, and ensure the successful execution.

- Managing escalations.

Candidate Requirement:

- Proven experience in areas such as Reference Data Services, Account Opening & Closure processes for Clients/ Entities and Corporate Actions.

- Strong analytical skills, with a proficiency in Excel and the ability to conduct data remediation activities.

- Familiarity with analytical tools such as Alteryx, Python, or data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau.

- Experience in identifying and implementing process enhancements based on data analysis.

- Competency in managing multiple stakeholders and meeting strict deadlines.
