Presently we are working on one of our client which is the topmost leading organisation in Financial Sector.

We are looking forward for a suitable candidate for the below mentioned position

Position : AVP / VP - Market Maker (Quant Team)

JD :

- Design, back-test and implement Market making models across multiple asset classes

- Exploring trading ideas by analyzing market data to develop high frequency systematic strategies

- Running & Monitoring strategies in live market - take active decisions to optimize style of running

- Doing In-depth post trade analytics to serve as feedback loop in modifying and optimizing existing strategies

- Taking ownership of complete book in 6-12 months

- At least 2-3 years experience of developing & running Market Making strategies

- Strong academic background from top tier institution with specialization in either mathematics, computer science or statistics

- Excellent researching skills until a powerful working solution is found or created

- Excellent programming skills

- Must be a strong self starter

- Full of energy ready to do hands on execution

- Curiosity and a passion for understanding financial markets

CTC : 20 - 40lacs appx

Job Location : Mumbai - India.
