- Responsible for Warehouse Constructions, Container Terminals, Agriculture Silos, Leasing & tender proposals. - Looking FOR Capex of the projects, preparing yearly Budgets. - Responsible for Warehousing delivery . - Responsible for End to End Statutory Approvals till OC. - Maintaining the Quarterly/Annual Capex targets along with Business Development/ Tendering. - Preparation of Business proposals for Acquisitions, Commercial leasing proposals and their costing. - Managing senior team (Warehouse Execution Head, Railway Head, Project Heads, Contracts Head/Accounts Head/EHS Head/QA Head). - Responsible for periodic Project reviews. Monitor progress of construction against planned timelines - Looking after P&L of the projects, preparing yearly Budgets. Responsible for top line and bottom line achievements as per the approved budget. - Maintaining the Quarterly/Annual PBIT targets along with Business Development/ Tendering for new works. - Contracts & Claim Management. - Managing senior team (Project Heads/Commercial Head/Accounts Head/EHS Head/QA Head). - Responsible for client management and developing new client relationships. - Responsible for periodic Project reviews and Client interface.
