AVP/VP - Projects - Civil

Location: Port Blair

Education: - BE or Diploma in Civil

Experience: 28-36 years- experience in projects.

Salary : - Up to 36 Lac CTC

Job Responsibility

- Independently handle multiple projects

- To be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.

- Lead the planning and implementation of project, Define project tasks and resource requirement

- Coordinates Project related approvals, activities with Government or other agencies as required.

- Management of existing clients & Liaison with external agencies, govt officials, vendor development & mgmt.

- Assemble and coordinate project staff, responsible for supervision of big team and adhere to industries best practices and as established by any applicable local laws.

- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools & provide direction and support to project team.

- Manage project budget & project resource allocation.

- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.

- Responsible for the profitability of the projects to the company at large.

- Should report to Management about the progress
