AVP/VP - Project Management & Business Analysis - Commercial Banking Domain

Responsibilities:

- Blend of Business Analysis (BA) And Project Management (PM)

- Good exposure to Consulting

- Domain experience in commercial banking -Commercial lending, Liquidity finance, Trade finance, Receivable finance & supply chain finance.

- Good balance between analytical skills and interpersonal skills

- Ability to face off to very demanding stakeholders, managing their expectations

- Discipline and ability to deliver complex projects

- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to develop relationships across the various stakeholders including Senior Business executives

- Ability to present and train staff

- Hands-on experience in commercial banking -Commercial lending, Liquidity finance, Trade finance, Receivable finance

- Supply Chain Finance.

- Strong communication skills, including presentation, facilitation, and ability to influence

- Working knowledge of the IT development process and life cycle, i.e. roles/ responsibilities, tasks, milestones, deliverables;
