The position is with an NBFC and they are looking for senior resource - Project Finance. Responsible for end to end process from origination till execution.

Job Summary:

- Industry and financial analysis

- Assisting in origination and business development

- Developing detailed financial models for viability analysis

- Due diligence, preparation of credit presentations and appraisal notes

- Negotiation of term sheets

- Coordinating with legal counsel and client for completing legal documentation

- Coordinating disbursements, follow on activities

- Monitoring of assets
