Job Title - Product Lead - Portfolio Buyouts/Securitisation

Grade - AVP/VP

Place of Work - BKC Mumbai

Function - Securitised Products

Business Unit - Wholesale Banking

Reporting to - Head Business - Strategy and Portfolio Management

Skill Sets :

- Strong working knowledge of direct assignment & securitisation of retail loans (specially on 'buy' side)

- Strong financial modelling skills, including dissecting portfolio cuts, studying & interpreting static data / delinquency data etc

- Very good understanding of regulatory guidelines on (a) 'Transfer of Loan Exposures and Securitisation of Standard Assets' (b) Priority Sector Lending

- Basic understanding of retail assets products

- Good understanding of the prevalent structures / developments etc taking place in the securitisation market

- Candidate should have (a) An eye for detail (b) Excellent communication skills (c) Excellent drafting skills (d) Should be highly motivated and a good team player (e) Has an ability to 'think out of the box'

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Work closely with Relationship Managers to drive the growth of the securitisation portfolio (DA & PTC) and execution of DA & PTC transactions

- Active engagement with internal stakeholders (i.e. RMs / Credit Risk / Compliance / Operations / IT / Finance / Credit Admin etc) and external stakeholders (legal counsel, trustee, rating agency, audit firms etc) in respect of various aspects of the securitisation transaction

- Regularly monitor the performance of the existing securitisation exposures and highlight triggers to the Coverage team / clients, wherever necessary

- Timely resolution of the queries raised by internal audit, regulatory audit, other stakeholders etc

- Supervise the team managing the monthly payouts, so that all payouts of existing portfolio are being received on time and processed on a real time basis

- Working on improving the look/feel/functionalities of the Portfolio Dashboards

- Annual updation of the Product Note & SOP on DA & PTC

- Working with IT on specific projects / system enablements relating to the securitisation product
