AVP/VP - Product Consulting Group - Alternate Fund Services

Our Client is world leaders into Alternate fund services and located in Hyderabad.

Candidate will be a part of their Product Consulting Group based in Hyderabad which is responsible for working with clients throughout the process life cycle to address queries and resolve issues.

Responsibilities :

1. Managing a team of Product Consultants who provide day to day support to client using company's platform.

2. Ensuring that all client requests or issues are resolved

3. Monitoring daily volumes and coordinating with senior management for manpower planning

4. Preparing weekly, monthly metrics and KPI's to monitor volumes.

5. Acting as a first escalation point for clients and ensuring client satisfaction.

Looking for someone with strong experience into fund Accounting, Reconciliation, Middle office or Back Office space with extensive experience into Client engagement.
